L - loving or living??

October 13, 2025 0 Comments

The Moment I Stopped Loving and Started Truly Living

There was a time when I believed love was meant to hurt—that pain was the currency of devotion, and endurance the measure of my worth.

I thought love demanded sacrifice, that bending until I broke was proof of how deeply I cared.

I convinced myself that overlooking the cracks, the quiet dismissals, and the subtle betrayals was part of the journey.

I told myself that if I loved hard enough, if I forgave enough, everything would eventually be okay.

But love, I learned, is never meant to blind you.

One morning, after countless sleepless nights tangled in doubt and mornings heavy with regret, the fog finally lifted.

The haze that once softened the edges of disrespect, the half-hearted apologies,

and the broken promises began to clear.

I saw the truth—not the love I wanted,

but the reality I had been living.

I realized I had been trapped in a story that wasn’t mine—a story where my value was measured by how much I could tolerate,

how much I could forgive,

and how much I could forget.

Falling out of love wasn’t a failure.

It was a fierce, necessary awakening.

It was the moment I stopped making excuses for someone else’s shortcomings and started making space for my own healing.

I stopped answering the calls that left me feeling hollow and stopped turning pain into poetry.

I stopped shrinking myself to fit into a love that never truly saw me.

I stood up.

I walked away.

And the world didn’t end.

There was no dramatic collapse,

no earth-shattering heartbreak—just a quiet, powerful awakening.

In that stillness, I found myself again.

I found the courage to love without losing me.

Because sometimes, the bravest act of love is to fall out of it—not to close your heart,

but to open it wider to the love you truly deserve.

And in that space,

life begins anew—raw,

 real,

 and beautifully yours.

I realised love is about living your life truly and freely.

### Why This Story Matters?###

This is not just a story about heartbreak.

It’s a story about clarity, courage, and reclaiming your worth.

It’s a reminder that love should never dim your light or silence your voice.

When you fall out of love, you don’t lose yourself—you find yourself.

And that is the most powerful love story you will ever live.

In the eye of the storm

August 05, 2025 0 Comments

In a crowd of faces, a heart feels bare, A cyclone's eye, a lonely despair.

Family near, friends by my side they stand, Yet an injured bird, lost in this desolate land.

Suffocation's grip, a darkness profound, Hollow echoes where solace can't be found.

Empty chambers where feelings reside, A vacant heart, nowhere left to confide.

Dark circles gather, a sleepless night's toll, Tears on my pillow, taking their hold.

The weight of sorrow, a heavy, crushing chain, A wounded spirit, succumbing to pain.

The world moves on, a vibrant hue, But in my heart, a somber blue.

Each passing day, a heavy toll, A lonely journey, taking its hold.

Like a frog sitting alone, feeling undone, Except it's not just a meme, it's my life, Stuck in this sadness, this endless strife.

But even within this tempest's furious heart, A tiny ember of hope plays its own part.

A fragile flame, flickering in the night, Whispering promises of a brighter light.

Though shadows lengthen, and darkness may loom, I'll find the strength to push back the gloom.

For even in the eye of the cyclone's might, There's a resilience that burns ever so bright.

So let the tears fall, let the feelings flow, In the eye of the storm, a new seed will grow.

And though the cyclone's fury may rage and roar, The dawn will break, a new day will soar.

Through the tempest's heart, a journey I'll take, With each step forward, my spirit will wake.

For even in darkness, light starts to gleam, A beacon of hope, a life's vibrant dream.

Voice of broken heart

July 18, 2025 0 Comments

 The knife twists,

a familiar sting,

Not from a stranger,

but a friend's wing.

Repeated blows,

a pattern of pain,

Trust shattered,

like fragile rain.

Each promise broken,

a whispered lie,

Mirrored in tears,

that endlessly cry.

The heart,

once open,

now guarded tight,

Shielding itself from the fading light.

The bond we shared,

Now a twisted thread,

Memories haunt,

like ghosts unsaid.

But amidst the ruins,

a flicker remains,

 A strength to rise,

through the pouring rains.

For even in darkness,

a new dawn may break,

A chance to heal,

for goodness' sake.

To mend the wounds,

to learn and grow,

From ashes of sorrow,

a new self to sow.

The threads of friendship,

once vibrant and bright,

Now lie scattered,

a heartbreaking sight.

 Each betrayal,

a sharp,

piercing dart,

Ripping through my soul,

 tearing it apart.

The laughter we shared,

now a haunting refrain,

Echoing through chambers of unbearable pain.

Promises whispered,

 like vows in the breeze,

 Now just faded echoes,

rustling through the trees.

My heart,

 once a fortress,

 now lies in despair,

Walls crumbling,

a ruin beyond repair.

The wounds left behind,

deep and so wide,

A testament to friendship's fractured pride.

Yet amidst the wreckage,

a flicker remains,

 A tiny ember,

 defying the rains.

The hope of healing,

a fragile,

soft light,

 Guiding me forward,

 through darkest of night.

For even in sorrow,

a strength can be found,

 A resilience that mends,

makes whole, and unbound.

Though scars may remain,

a reminder of pain,

 They serve as a testament,

 that I shall rise again.

My heart's a glass full of cracks,

 Shattered by a friend,

it would seem.

Repeated texts,

 a cruel,

 slow burn,

Leaving my love in utter churn.

Ghosting and lies,

 a toxic blend,

My trust betrayed,

 it's at an end.

Like a rollercoaster,

up and down,

 Emotional chaos,

all around.

I should've blocked you,

 I know it's true,

 But hope's a drug,

I fell for you.

Now I'm picking up the broken pieces,

 Learning self-love,

 my heart releases.

For even in darkness,

 a new dawn may break,

A chance to heal,

for goodness' sake.

To mend the wounds,

 to learn and grow,

From ashes of sorrow,

a new self to sow.

This ain't a sob story,

no way,

I'm stronger now, come what may.

Next time, I'll choose a better friend,

This chapter closes, a new one begins! ✨

Myself

July 17, 2025 0 Comments

I am an Introvert

Embodying endless emotion,

sensations inside.

Employing always in the disguise ,

Scrutinising constantly the soul,

Don't know why I am mistaken always?

I do secretly want to get invited,

But I always find myself frightened,

Midst of chaos, and commotion

So many people, numerous notion.

I do wonder why I am not the train which will serve at this station?

I have few friends but loneliness is my best,

I always remain,

with my books,

phone,

notepad,

storylands,

and pen dwelling inside the nest,

In my cocoon.

I often wonder

while sipping tea

Spilling my unheard emotions

On the notepad

while the Zephyr serves my company.

I am mistaken,

rude they think,

and afraid I am!!

afraid of feeling out,

afraid of being deserted,

frightened of pain,

hanging around anger and gloom.

I am neither antisocial nor the anxious ,

but always it happens like that,

My social skills are rusty,

from the bottom to top

bullied and avoided a soul

Which has learnt to live in the dark!

I am the listener,

I am the observer,

But,

I am not the conversation starter

rude they think

and the introverted myself hide from the skin of extroverted

but there someone

I try to find

a soul of Zephyr to understand

to reflect on emotions

to read up and eavesdrop on emotions and the poems of nature,

Dig out the soul

excavate the fragile introverted heart

afraid of others emotions

delirium inside but the calm always

Introvert my heart

Afraid for the people to talk

Maybe I will hurt someone and

will not take sleep while the moon fills its crescent,

I do care what others feel

and sometimes I run from everyone's life

In my nest

Crying endlessly on my notepad

and spilling anger,

 sadness,

in the hidden sheets.

I am not spineless,

I am just protecting myself from getting hurt again and again by the wolfes under sheep disguise around me

I am myself,

enjoying my own company just like how i want others to enjoy my company !!

My old self...

July 16, 2025 0 Comments

If i met my seven year old self,

I wonder what would i tell her

I wonder what would i say?

would i warn her of the future?

of the bad things yet to come,

that people will leave,

that smiles are rare,

and there's so much to grieve?

that life is uncertain,

and world is wrapped in lies,

that her 'bestie' won't stay for long

she'll leave without goodbyes.

that people will change,

you can trust no one.

Despite all the girlhood,

you might wish to be a son.

That diary will listen to you the most

than anybody else around,

There will be things left unsaid,

And even silence will make a sound.

that he wasn't a nice guy,

and you should not trust him at all,

his touch will haunt you forever,

but oh, you were so small.

that scars never heal,

and to keep the blades away,

i wonder what would i tell her

I wonder what would i say?

My seven year old self believed,

the world is a perfect place,

would she recognise herself,

when she looked into my face?

Even though I have learnt so much,

several years have passed since then,

i would give up everything i have,

to view life through her eyes again.

Blooming beauty

July 13, 2025 0 Comments

Elara, a wisp of a girl with eyes like melting chocolate, found her world shattered when Jasper, her first love, left without a word.

His absence was a gaping hole in her life, a silence that echoed louder than any shout.

She spent weeks adrift in a sea of sorrow, her days a blur of tear-stained pillows and unanswered questions.

Her friends tried to comfort her, offering platitudes and distractions, but nothing seemed to reach the deep well of despair within her.

One day, while aimlessly wandering through the park, Elara stumbled upon an old woman tending a vibrant garden.

The woman's face was etched with wrinkles, but her eyes held a surprising sparkle.

Intrigued, Elara sat beside her, watching as the woman gently pruned a rose bush, her movements deliberate and loving.

"He left," Elara whispered, her voice thick with unshed tears.

The old woman nodded, her gaze steady.

"Hearts break, child. It's a part of life. But the garden must still be tended."

Elara, confused, looked at the vibrant garden, a stark contrast to the barren landscape of her emotions.

 The old woman smiled gently.

"Your heart is like this garden, child.

It needs tending, nurturing, and love.

You can't just let it wither.

You must plant new seeds, cultivate new growth, and allow yourself to bloom again."

The old woman's words sparked something within Elara.

She started small, tending to a small patch of wildflowers near her apartment.

She watched them grow, their resilience mirroring her own.

Slowly, she began to nurture other aspects of her life.

She reconnected with old friends, rediscovered her passion for painting, and started volunteering at an animal shelter.

Each act of kindness, each stroke of paint, each interaction with a rescued animal, was a tiny seed of healing, slowly filling the emptiness within her.

It wasn't easy.

There were days when the pain threatened to overwhelm her, days when she felt like giving up.

But the old woman's words, and the blooming wildflowers, served as a constant reminder: that even the most broken hearts can heal, and that the journey of self-discovery is often the most rewarding journey of all.

Elara learned that while love might end, life continues, and it's up to us to tend to our own gardens, to nurture our own hearts, and to find beauty even amidst the broken pieces.

The greatest love, she discovered, was the love she had for herself, a love that bloomed stronger than any heartbreak.

Elara learned that true strength lies not in avoiding pain, but in facing it with courage and transforming it into something meaningful.

Her garden,

a testament to her resilience,

became a symbol of hope and renewal,

a reminder that even from the deepest sorrow,

beauty can bloom.

 The moral of her story?

Heartbreak may shatter us, but it doesn't have to define us.

We have the power to heal, to grow, and to create our own vibrant gardens, even amidst the storm.

Through self-expression and embracing your creativity, you can transform pain into something beautiful and find strength in your vulnerability.

The terrible feeling of Left alone.....................

Feeling dejected, alone even when surrounded by many often makes us feel alone, not so alive mentally which tends to make us isolated physically....

A job,

some exam results,

 marriage,

business deal,

 loss of our closed ones,

breakup from our loved ones,

getting our trust broken by our own people,....etc

Everyone had a thorn in their lives my dear, you are not alone

The length and size of thorn might differ individually.

But, it's there enough to poke our spirit to either make or break our real self .......

you are worthy to fight for yourself!

Heavy heart,

Feeling lost,

Emotional Pressure,

Crack down,

Sadness overload.

Its completely okay,to not to be okay,

Just accept it.

Everyone is suffering from this hard phase of life where usually we disconnect from others and connect from ourselves,

where alot of emotions in our heart persist and we all wanna share everything that how are we experiencing hard,

it's difficult to say something from someone, heart wants to say everything but lips remains closed and heart in a suffocated condition.

Inside the soul a heavy storm is going on.

We all have lost the ability to listen someone carefully ,rather wants to say something .

We want to tell that how difficult is to wake up early on a particular time without thinking about seasons,

it's difficult to be disciplined,

 two simple pairs of clothes,

forgot to style and well dressed ourselves,

no friends,

 no party,

healthy food etc.

Sometimes it seems life has become dreary .

All is inside because of the fear that no one can relate with your life, no one can understand you.

You are right infact it's true.

But suddenly a thought comes in my mind when I realised why do you forget that for achieving something great,

 you'll have to loose more,

why do you forget that everyone has no guts to do the same,

why do you forget that without sacrifices you couldn't reacher greater heights.

So, how dare you to look yourself down,

how dare you to feel low ,

how dare you to consider that you are unworthy,

how dare you to compare yourself from someone else.

Nobody knows we'll succeed or not but I can definitely say that we all have become one step more special than others,

nobody have guts to stick on the same table after failure........ but, you did it.

We all are together in this journey okay you are not alone.

You are great,

you are warrior,

You are the greatest pillar you coukd lean on in times of distress,

You are enough for yourself as a listener, comforter, motivation, support, strength and everything,

You Are Never Alone!

you are in phase of moulding your self into a best version of yourself,

where the future you would be grateful for all these struggles you had overcome.

You are my super hero or heroine, you all are the best version of yourself !!!!!

Take care of your mental health which automatically reflects in your physical health

Mental health matters.......

If you want,do feel free to share your pain here my dear friend.

As,sharing is caring

Put it down!

May 02, 2025 0 Comments

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience.

As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question.

Instead, with a smile on her face,

she inquired: ”How heavy is this glass of water?”

Answers called out ranged from 8 gm to 20 gm

She replied,

 “The absolute weight doesn’t matter.

It depends on how long I hold it.

If I hold it for a minute, it’s not a problem.

If I hold it for an hour, I’ll have an ache in my arm.

If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed.

In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.”

She continued,

“The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water.

Think about them for a while and nothing happens.

Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt.

And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed – incapable of doing anything.”

It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses.

As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down.

Don’t carry them through the evening and into the night.

Remember to put the glass down!

L for ???

Isn't it sometime feels yrr kya hi kr rhe h life me,

it's seems like ek unending race h,

daily subh utho aur bhagna start ho jata h,

with lots of insecurities,

depression,

 confusion,

 loneliness wali feeling,

jese life me ek insan bhi na ho jo apko smjh ske,

phir in sb negative emotions ko control kre again apne us dream ke liye fight krna,

un expectations ke liye fight krna,

un promises ke liye fight krna jo humne khud se kiye ho......

Ek deep breath aur ek smile ke sath again is race ko start krna.....

I just hope we all share these common feelings which is so difficult to express...but this unknown letter somewhere gives your heart comfort that u r not alone 😊

You know what's the best remedy to overcome all these negative emotions? SMILE WHILE YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR....

You don’t feel lonely when you are alone.

Oftentimes, we complain about how people fail to satisfy our emotional needs because we feel that the person we love should always be approachable, no matter what.

Holding expectations from the ones we love isn't wrong but making them live with a burden to be available at all times certainly is.

We need to remember that everyone has a life composed of ebbs and flows, just like ours.

The more you depend upon one person for everything, you start feeling helpless everytime they fail to be available.

You need to realise that just because they're special in your life doesn't make them any less of a human.

They have the right to fail from making you happy everytime.

Moreover, happiness has to be fetched for rather than begged for.

As humans, we have the right to make our choices and be proud of them.

People try hard to change themselves in order to keep someone in their life but if keeping someone gets that torturous, they're worth letting go.

Love and liability are like two opposite poles. Someone may be your choice and still hate all your other choices.

Life's too short to wonder whether or not you should make friends.

Do not allow loneliness to engulf you.

 Try and know more people.

Not everyone will leave.

Neither will everyone stay.

But in this process, you'll meet people who may not be exactly like you but if sharing moments with them makes you happy, they're the ones you have been looking for.

All you need to do is peep out of that small world of yours and admire the beautiful souls around yourself.

And trust me, expecting people to give all their time and love to you only creates burden.

You are lovable and capable to love people and by being kind to more people, you're only making the world a more pious place to breathe in.

You feel lonely when you are not in a healthy relationship with yourself.

"If you learn to practice love, compassion, joy, and equanimity, you will know how to heal the illnesses of anger, sorrow, insecurity, sadness, hatred, loneliness, and unhealthy attachments."

     -Thich Nhat Hanh

Feeling lonely?

No friend to share your tangled thoughts??

Dont worry my dear, i am all ears to hear your web of thoughts.......do comment.

You are too unique my friend that not many people knew your value yet.

Stay healthy

Be smiling

Take care
