You are enough for yourself

DISTRACTION

noun

a thing that prevents someone from concentrating on something else.

Many times,we think that social media, phone, entertainment etc. was the only distractions we get and they are to be avoided to get the success during our preparation phase for jobs and higher education.

But,we are wrong.

Yes,you read it right!!!

We are wrong to think that these are the only distractions and disturbances to avoid to get success. Because, more than these external distractions our internal distractions are more harmful and more toxic than Anything else.

“NONE CAN DESTROY IRON, BUT ITS OWN RUST CAN. LIKEWISE, NONE CAN DESTROY A PERSON BUT HIS OWN MINDSET CAN.” ― RATAN TATA

In the same way the inner disturbances like the feeling of lost and abandoned, the unnecessary negative thoughts, the questions of what "IF" it won't happen, the fear of failure, the fear of criticism and tantrums from world more than the failure haunts us......

All this not only lowers our self confidence but also destroys our life by doubting our own capabilities.

If your feel the same, then this is for all of us,our life isn't a beautiful fairytale to meet an angel,a person in shining Armour everytime to motivate,to strengthen,to fight for us.

YOU ARE THE HERO OF YOUR LIFE!!!

Even in the story of the tortoise and hare, the tortoise won because of its steady participation.

So,forget about the result, start working on whatever task you got giving your 100% efforts!!

Taking a break, remembering the beautiful memories, spending time with nature and your loved ones, reading your old diary,..........

Each disease got different medication,do choose the one that suits you best and win the battle on your negative thoughts.

Its easy to conquer the world than conquering your mind set.

LIFE IS NOT A BATTLE, BUT IT CONSTANTLY PRESENTS BATTLES FOR YOU TO FIGHT AND WIN.

So,take it as challenge, start fighting for yourself.

Never let the negative thoughts win over your life

All the best!!!!
